HELP - AGENT HQ SCREEN

You can use the following controls:

Add new button (Silver Membership only allows one agent - Gold Membership 5 Agents)

Click this button to add a new agent to the list. If you click this button in the personal agents section of this screen, you will be able to create a new agent from scratch in the create an agent screen.

Reset button

Click this button to reset the counter that informs you of new items found. This will set the display to say 'no new items'. When subsequent new items are found by the agent, they will be mentioned in this display.

Only click on this button when you have looked at the new documents found by the agent.

Edit button

Click on this button if you wish to edit the settings of the agent. This will open the edit an agent screen.

X new items

You can see whether new items have been found by an agent, by looking at this text on the left-hand side of the screen. If new items have been found, a statement of new results will be displayed here. If no new items have been found by the agent, the text no new results will be displayed.

If you click on this hyperlink, a list of only the new documents found by the agent.

Agent name

This is the name of the agent. You can click on this hyperlink to view the list of all documents found by the agent (including the new ones).
