• several high value links back to your organization’s website which can improve search engines rankings, resulting in increased numbers of visitors, clients, investors etc
• the centralization of public information on your organization which may not be published on your corporate website eg recent publications, patents, clinical trials, news, share price etc (BioPortfolio does provide a service to get this information onto your website)
• an additional distribution resource for the wider dissemination of corporate documents eg brochures, product specifications etc downloaded directly from the BioPortfolio website. The presence of these documents on BioPortfolio will increase their ranking on the major search engines and therefore their accessibility
• the publication of a BioCorporate Satellite profile in PDF format including details on recent and anticipated activities, current alliances, intellectual property status, products, financing strategy and investors. Also details on senior management, board of directors and scientific advisory board (subject to membership subscription – download template)

Account Manager

BioPortfolio provides each subscribing members with an Account Manager who liaises with your organizations contact person to ensure that your satellite profile and URL links are maintained, and the most recent press releases and PDF files uploaded.

Membership

A corporate subscription to BioPortfolio will provide the following services:

1) An enhanced BioCorporate Profile

An Account Manager who will work with a named contact to amend and improve your organizations BioCorporate profile and develop a satellite profile based on a WORD template. When finalized this profile will be converted by BioPortfolio into a PDF file and uploaded on to your BioCorporate entry. In addition the Account Manager will upload your logo and maintain the profile during the membership period. When complete a username and password will be issued to allow you to make minor amendments to your contact details and description and add/amend up to 10 URL web links back to your website.

2) BioNewsCast Press Release service

BioPortfolio will create a dedicated web page on BioPortfolio for each press release emailed to the Account Manager. Each press release will be pushed out into the internet via the Moreover biotechnology and pharmaceutical newsfeed used by hundreds of websites. In addition each press release will be listed on your companies BioCorporate entry.

3) BioWatch News Alert service

BioPortfolio receives over 1,500 press releases daily via the major news consolidators and via our proprietary BioWatch news tracking service members receive by email news alerts on specific topics of interest. Corporate membership allows for three news agents to be created using keywords supplied by your organization. The news agents could for example be your organization name, a therapeutic area, technology sector, product or a competitor. The email news alerts will be forwarded to a single email address which can then be forwarded within your organization.

Terms and Conditions – If members wish to publics more than 10 press release per year or receive additional news alerts additional payment may be requested.

What happens next?

Following payment a BioPortfolio representative will contact you within 24 hours by email/telephone to introduce the service. A template satellite profile will be supplied which can be completed and returned within 10 working days. In the interim period your corporate logo, the last five press releases and upto 10 PDF documents can be forwarded to BioPortfolio. BioPortfolio will create dedicated web pages for each press release and distribute via the BioNewsCast service. The PDF files and logo will be uploaded onto your BioCorporate entry.

Each month the BioPortfolio Account Manager will contact you to discuss any amendments required.
